Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request data deletion or removal of a Google or Facebook link.

Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 2026-06-18

  • Trade name: MJ Maison
  • Privacy contact: jack@cloudcore.technology

The current implementation provides public deletion instructions; an automated Meta data-deletion callback is not yet enabled unless a future version adds it.

How to request deletion

Send a request to the configured privacy contact. Identify the MJ Maison account email and whether it is a client or worker account.

Do not send passwords, card numbers, CVC, OAuth tokens, authorization codes, or identity secrets by email.

Verification and scope

MJ Maison will verify identity before destructive action. You may request only OAuth unlinking, or account closure and deletion where applicable.

Deleting an OAuth linkage does not necessarily delete the full MJ Maison account unless you clearly request it.

Unlinking Google does not necessarily remove a local imported worker profile photo; the worker may remove that photo separately from their profile.

Deleting an eligible worker account removes private verification documents under existing deletion rules; operational or legal history may block deletion.

Records that may be retained

Deletion may remove profile and linkage data and, for an eligible worker account, the local copy of a Google-imported worker photo. Financial, tax, invoice, receipt, refund, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legally required records may be retained.

Backups may retain data until normal expiration. Workers with operational records may be subject to appropriate retention.

Revoke Google or Facebook access

You can also remove MJ Maison access from your Google account security settings or from Facebook/Meta app and website settings.
