You must be legally capable of entering an agreement. Account information must be accurate and credentials must be protected.

Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using the MJ Maison platform as a client, professional, or applicant.
Roles
MJ Maison supports client, worker or professional, worker applicant, administrator, and platform-operator roles. Social login does not create administrator accounts.
Services and bookings
A booking request does not guarantee assignment until confirmed. Schedule, professional, travel, service scope, and final price may require confirmation. Recurring occurrences may be handled individually.
Prices, taxes, and fees
Estimates may change when travel, service scope, taxes, or final billing are confirmed. Applicable taxes are shown based on configured rules and service location. Platform or processing recovery fees may be shown where applicable.
Routing and attribution
When routing is configured, distance and duration may come from a provider such as Google Routes. Google Maps attribution is shown when route data comes from Google, and an estimate may fall back to MJ Maison review if the provider or sector fallback cannot produce a safe result.
Payment authorization and capture
A saved payment method does not immediately create a charge. Authorization may reserve funds before service. Capture can occur after completion or final billing under the displayed workflow. Social login is unrelated to payment authorization.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows
The policy shown during booking applies to cancellations, late changes, and no-shows. Fees may apply where clearly disclosed.
Refunds and adjustments
Refunds may be full or partial. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank. Worker payout adjustments are handled separately and are not client-facing records.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate address, contact, and service information, provide safe premises access, disclose hazards, pets, or special requirements, use the service lawfully, and behave respectfully.
Professional responsibilities
Professionals and applicants must provide accurate profiles, maintain qualifications and availability, complete services and reports, act respectfully and safely, and comply with applicable obligations.
Photos, messages, reviews, and content
You retain appropriate rights to your content while granting MJ Maison limited permission to store and process it for service operation. Unlawful, abusive, misleading, or privacy-violating content is prohibited. Reviews may be moderated.
Prohibited activity
Account misuse, fraud, bypassing authorization controls, harassment, unlawful content, and security interference are prohibited.
Suspension and termination
MJ Maison may suspend or terminate accounts for security, fraud, policy, or legal reasons. Users may request account closure; some records may remain where legally or operationally required.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated or temporarily unavailable. MJ Maison does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may make maintenance or security changes.
Liability
Liability wording remains a draft requiring legal review. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or non-waivable legal rights.
